Dr. Greg Turner, Biology, has published “Overcoming Resource Constraints for Biological Inquiry: Scenarios and Adaptations” in Best Products for Teacher Preparation in Mathematics and Science, a monograph published by CETP-PA, 2006, pp. 119-122.  Professor Turner also presented a talk entitled “Species Composition and Structure of the Gordon Natural Area, an Urban Forest in Southeast PA” at the annual Pennsylvania Academy of Sciences meeting in March 2006.  In addition, he presented a poster, “Plant Distributions along Disturbance Corridors at a Blue Ridge Mountain Natural Area” at the annual Ecological Society of America conference in Memphis in August 2006.
